MEET OUR OWNER, RUSSELL LEE

Russell Lee launched Green Fire Pizza, Sports Bar & Grill in 2016 after spending 30 years living in Boston and NY, eating authentic old-world Italian pizza. His goal: To make great tasting pizza in a traditional Italian brick oven at high temperatures using fresh ingredients. Green Fire’s secrets include Russell’s slow proofed dough recipe and freshly made sauces.
